This animation is meant to be a web evite for the Coachella Festival that would be posted on social media telling people that they are invited to go to the event. The piece features clips of various artists performing, animated and edited to match the beat and energy of the track. The warm color palette and graphic assets between the clips are intended to fit with the fun, vibrant energy of the event and the environment of southern California in the spring. An indie pop track was chosen to fit the music of Coachella, which includes pop, electronic, rock, and indie music. A second version was created below in a square format, or center-cut.
